The Role
We’re looking for a Data Engineer who’s excited about turning raw data into something useful and reliable. You don’t need a degree or years of professional experience, but you should have some exposure to data concepts or projects (through online courses, self-study, or prior work) and a strong interest in learning more as you go.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
- Assisting in setting up simple data pipelines or workflows
- Supporting the team by ensuring data is available, usable, and reliable
- Exploring tools and frameworks for managing data (don’t worry, we’ll experiment together)
- Learning as you build scalable and efficient data processes in a startup environment
What We’re Looking For
- Some prior exposure to data engineering, databases, or data handling (projects, courses, or self-study)
- Curiosity about how data moves through systems and becomes valuable insights
- Comfort with problem-solving and figuring things out step by step
- Willingness to learn quickly and collaborate in a small team setting
