The Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Director who’s excited about opening doors and building relationships that help the company grow. You don’t need a specific degree, but you should have some experience, education, or exposure in business, sales, or partnerships — enough to show you can take initiative and make things happen. This isn’t a typical 9‑to‑5 role — it’s all about creativity, hustle, and networking. Compensation is negotiable and will be tied directly to deals landed (meaning the better the results, the better the reward).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying potential business opportunities, partnerships, and clients
- Reaching out, pitching, and building relationships with decision‑makers
- Helping shape our business strategy around real market opportunities
- Collaborating with the product and technical teams to align solutions with client needs
- Representing the startup with passion and confidence in meetings and presentations
