The Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer specializing in AI systems to ensure our machine learning solutions meet the highest standards of accuracy, fairness, and performance. You’ll develop comprehensive testing strategies for AI models and applications, identifying potential issues before they impact our clients’ operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and execute test plans for AI models, focusing on accuracy, bias detection, and performance validation
• Develop automated testing frameworks for machine learning pipelines and AI applications
• Conduct fairness and bias testing across different demographic groups and use cases
• Perform load testing and performance benchmarking of AI systems under various conditions
• Validate model behavior with edge cases, adversarial inputs, and unexpected data scenarios
• Monitor model drift and degradation over time in production environments
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to establish testing standards and best practices
• Create and maintain test datasets that represent real-world conditions and edge cases

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills

• Strong programming experience with testing frameworks and automation tools
• Understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation metrics, and statistical analysis
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and testing environments

Professional Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles
• Experience testing data-driven applications or analytics systems
• Background in creating comprehensive test strategies and documentation
• Previous work with performance testing and system validation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing machine learning models or AI applications
• Understanding of bias detection techniques and fairness metrics
• Knowledge of data privacy and security testing practices
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical significance evaluation
• Background in regulated industries with compliance testing requirements
